This is a workflow issue, the Level2A products are Reflectance products.

Solución alternativa

 User should use the correct Reflectance templates:

  1. Select the Sentinel2 Rastertype and go into the Rastertype Properties.
  2. Set the Product type as Level2A and then select one of the BOA - Reflectance Processing templates given.
