Error
Unable to add the 2018 USA Traffic Counts layer to ArcMap. Either by going to File > ArcGIS Online and adding the 2018 USA Traffic Counts layer, or by going to the 2018 USA Traffic Counts page in ArcGIS Online and clicking "Open in ArcGIS Desktop".

Open the Traffic Counts layer in ArcGIS Pro or via REST: 1. Go to https://demographics5.arcgis.com/arcgis/rest/services/USA_Traffic_Counts/MapServer. 2. Click View in ArcMap. This downloads a layer file that can be opened in ArcMap.Solución alternativa
