This issue is a known limitation in Portal for ArcGIS Map Viewer Classic, which uses the 3.x version of ArcGIS Maps SDK for JavaScript (This is now deprecated). This issue is resolved in Portal for ArcGIS Map Viewer, which uses the 4.x version of ArcGIS Maps SDK for JavaScript as part of ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9.1 and newer versions.Solución alternativa
- In Map Viewer Classic, add the new feature and populate the field values.
- Exit the editor or pop-up.
- Click the feature again and add the attachments.
