Turning off 'Show time' in the pop-up setting does not turn off time in the Map Viewer.

This issue is no longer reproducible. If 'Show time' is unchecked in the manage field popover, that will be reflected in the pop-up and attribute table. This setting persists when navigating to another field and back.
