Transferring content in ArcGIS Online using the batch Transfer Content workflow from the Members tab creates and transfers the content to a new folder with the same name as the Home folder in the target user's Content if the selected target folder is the Home folder.

Solución alternativa

Transfer the content from the original owner's Content page. Select all items and click Change Owner. Select the desired new owner, and the Home folder as the target folder, and click Save. The ownership of the selected items is changed and placed in the Home folder as expected.
