Time zone configured at the service level (UpdateDefiniton) is not reflected when editing the ArcGIS Pro feature service.

Solución alternativa

1. Save the edits, and remove the feature service from the Contents pane.
2. Re-add the same feature service to the Contents pane.
3. Open the attribute table. The new feature created in the point layer is now displaying the date-time values in the preferred time zone.
