Thumbnails for ArcGIS Online web maps do not appear when adding a web map to Business Analyst Online and only when SSL is enabled on the organization.

The issue is not reproducible in the latest version of Business Analyst. The web maps and layers workflow is completely changed in the 7.2 version of the application.Solución alternativa
In Business Analyst Online, go to Preferences > Web Maps. Click Add under 'Populate Web Maps from:' and add the ArcGIS Online organization URL.Pasos para reproducir
