Error
The zoom level configured from the Map tab in ArcGIS Survey123 Connect is not honored when a survey is opened in a web browser or web app with location services turned on.

Solución alternativa
The Survey123 field app does not display this behavior. Open the survey in the field app to honor the zoom levels and the Home button configurations.
