Error

The warning message, "The layer was not drawn completely because it has too many features to draw. Try zooming in to a smaller area." is returned in Map Viewer; when a hosted feature service published from a zipped shapefile or file geodatabase with no features is uploaded to ArcGIS Online and editing is enabled.
