The UtilityNetwork namespace and getNetworkSources() method in ArcGIS Pro SDK (.NET) 2.8 and 2.9 fail to return all sources as stated in the API reference.

The Associations table can be retrieved via UtilityNetwork.GetSystemTable(). The system junctions are internal and intentionally not exposed through the software development kit (SDK).
