The URL of the hosted feature service on its details page is not reflected as HTTPS to those outside of the organization after the organization switches from HTTP to HTTPS Only.

Solución alternativa

Re-publish as a new hosted feature service with HTTPS in order for the URL to reflect HTTPS for non members of the organization.Overwriting a hosted feature service does not change the URL of the service in the details page.
