Error
The 'Update data sources' of a map does not work with multiple feature classes in a feature dataset from PostgreSQL to Oracle when the user has read-only privileges in Oracle, when using the Update Data Sources tool.

Use the owner to perform the data source change in bulk, or add the new location one-by-one using the browse button to browse to the path.
