The uninstallation of the pywin32-ctypes package is taking an unusually long time (over 5 hours) and does not appear to complete.

Solución alternativa

As a workaround, use the conda from the Python Command Prompt to forcefully remove a package with the following command:

Note: This may not be a good idea and may lead to instability when ArcGIS Pro is using the environment. Attempt this in a cloned environment, and note that it may cause some things to not work as expected.
