The symbols and map are not clear in the ArcGIS for Power BI visualization setting when zooming in on the report.

This particular issue is a known limitation in ArcGIS for Power BI component, as the zoom functionality rests within the Power BI Desktop ecosystem. There is no way to programmatically tell the component to correct the blurriness based on the zoom level of Power BI Desktop itself. This is also true for many of the Power BI visualizations that exists and are published into other applications such as Power Apps or SharePoint pages.Solución alternativa
Zooming in to the features in the ArcGIS for Power BI visual (not the whole report) is clear and the symbols render.
