The Survey123 forms created in the web form and then brought into Survey123 Connect transfer page descriptions to hints in groups in the Excel form and the descriptions do not appear in the survey when published from Survey123 Connect.

Solución alternativa

The only workaround available for this issue is to either reconfigure the Excel form or create a new survey from scratch in Survery123 Connect. This resulted in a significant amount of work for the customer to recreate their existing form.
