Error
The StreetMap Premium HERE 2017 Release 1 for Latin America does not have height data for all the building footprints within the country of Brazil.

The primary supported functionalities of the ESRI StreetMap Premium product are mapping, geocoding, and routing in a 2D environment. There are no current plans to expand the product into a 3D environment, although it is being considered for a future product enhancement. The HERE data vendor does not support updating the MapBuildingArea feature class used in StreetMap Premium with more height values as the vendor has a specific product called "Advanced 3D City Models" for those interested in modeling the urban environment/buildings.
