The Story Map Journal title gets cut off in every section aside from the Home section when the screen resolution is 800x600.

We do not plan to make adjustments to make story maps work on uncommon screen resolutions like 800x600. This resolution is used by a very small percentage of devices today and is not one that we design for. http://gs.statcounter.com/screen-resolution-stats
