Error
The Story Map Cascade application does not play videos embedded in the immersive section in mobile devices.

This is a current limitation with how mobile browsers handle video. As of the Jun 2017 release, Cascade now offers authors a way to configure alternate images that will display in place of content that is not able to be shown on mobile devices such as background videos or 3D web scenes.
