Error
The settings for disabling the pop-ups for ArcGIS Online hosted feature layers are not being honored in the ArcGIS REST Services Directory.

Pop-ups are not stored on the feature service, they are stored in the portal item. There is no way to honor this setting when adding from a URL. By default, layers added by a URL have pop-ups enabled, which is a long-standing behavior in ArcGIS Online Map Viewer.Pasos para reproducir
