Error
The Select widget of Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS is unable to select all features if the map is zoomed out so that all features cannot be drawn in ArcGIS Online.

Solución alternativa
- Zoom into the map so that all features can be drawn before selection.
- Decrease the number of features in the feature layer so that all features can be drawn at zoomed out scales.
