Unable to reproduce this bug in ArcGIS Pro. Please continue to use the workaround provided while working in ArcMap.Solución alternativa
1. To make a scale bar taller, in the scale bar Properties dialog box, click Format page > Bar section. 2. Change the Size value. The scale bar then becomes taller without changing the text size, and all still fit within the same bounding box.Pasos para reproducir
