The resulting map service of a geoprocessing service does not have Generate KML listed as a supported operation.

Solución alternativa

1. Navigate to the ArcGIS Server REST Admin endpoint as an administrator, and edit the JSON representation of the service properties by adding some key-value pairs under the extension key.
2. Navigate to the result map service, and query the service with KMZ as the return format.
