Error
The result of the feature counts in the legend of ArcGIS Pro layout is not correct.

There is a mismatch between the results in the summarize within tool and the legend count. However, this is by design. The summarize within tool focuses on the coordinate locations. It checks the coordinates for the boundary of the polygon and each point to make sure the conditions are met. The legend count is slightly different. It checks all the visible items within the polygon, which takes into account the symbol size. In previous versions of ArcGIS Pro, users were could not view the points displayed on the map which were not included in the legend count. If the symbol size was really large, users could see the symbol even if the coordinate was outside the map frame or map series shape. The mismatch between the user's count and the legend item count was frustrating. As a result, change is made. The legend is focused on visible items, so the visible items that overlap the shape is accounted for.Pasos para reproducir
