The pulldata() calculation does not work when accessing the survey in a web browser when field names in the CSV file and the field name used in the calculation use different letter cases.

This is expected behavior. Field names are case sensitive so the field names in the pulldata() calculations should match the letter case of the column name in the CSV file.
