The Portal for ArcGIS default print service remains accessible although services directory and anonymous access are disabled.

Solución alternativa

1. On the machine hosting ArcGIS Web Adaptor, using Windows Explorer, create three physical directories in the Web Adaptor <install directory>\inetpub\wwwroot\<webadaptorName> folder, named sharing, tools (located inside sharing), and print (located inside tools). The folder directory is C:\inetpub\wwwroot\arcgis\sharing\tools\print.
2. Launch Internet Information Server (IIS).
3. Expand Sites > Default Web Site > arcgis > sharing > tools > print.
4. In the print virtual directory level, double click the Authentication icon.
5. Disable anonymous authentication and enable Windows Authentication. This forces only this resource to be Integrated Windows Authentication (IWA) protected.
