The Portal for ArcGIS 10.8.1 home page configured with a custom banner through HTML appears broken when making an update at the Portal Sharing Rest Endpoint.

Starting with ArcGIS Enterprise version 10.9, a new home page editor experience is available that does not support HTML editing. The legacy home page is not available for ArcGIS Enterprise version 10.9 or above. However, upgrading from ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9 or above from a previous version has both Home Page options available. There are long-term plans to retire and remove support for the legacy home page. All organizations using the legacy homepage in ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9 or above are advised to switch to the new home page editor before upgrading to future versions.Pasos para reproducir
