Error
The page header skips the first field value record in the Output report if a field value is copied and pasted in the page header section.

- Copy the field value tag from the details section and paste it in the same section so that it completely takes the expression as a Field value tag without the need to assign it manually by copy-pasting the expression.
- Adjust and expand the Details section block accordingly to fit the values in the report.
