The output pixel size obtained is not a perfect square while running the LAS Dataset To Raster tool in ArcGIS Pro.

Solución alternativa

The problem might be a formatting or rounding problem with the x cell dimension reporting on the raster layer properties dialog. When looking at the dataset properties dialog box in the Catalog pane, it shows the expected value. Additionally, the difference occurs past 14 significant digits which is usually considered the accuracy limit of double precision floats.
