Error

The optional Output field in the Feature Compare tool does not filter for proper type; setting a .mdb file as the output causes .mdb corruption and data loss.

Users can name an output file with whatever extension they want. The tools in geoprocessing overwrite existing files if OverwriteOutput = True. Warnings are displayed before the file is overwritten. Make sure to read these warnings and seriously consider what they mean to the workflow.
