The OD cost matrix accumulation times for total transit and walk times are the same in a transit network in ArcGIS Pro versions 2.9 and above when using arcpy.nax, when walk times should be less than total transit time.

Solución alternativa

This has been fixed for ArcGIS Pro 3.1 release. In the meantime, rename the cost attributes so they do not start with the same substring. In this example, there are two cost attributes, 'Seconds' and 'SecondsWalkTime'. Renaming the second one to 'WalkTimeSeconds' avoids the problem. The problem is limited to accumulated attributes in OD cost matrix analysis using arcpy.nax.
