This issue does not occur if a map in Attachment Viewer is created using Map Viewer.Solución alternativa
- The images are displayed when using Map Viewer & creating the Attachment Viewer from ArcGIS Instant Apps (Upgrade to ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9.1).
- Use ArcGIS Web AppBuilder or Map Viewer.
- Create the survey based on the existing hosted feature.
