The Near Me widget is inconsistently returning features in the order from the closest to the furthest when the buffer radius is increased.

This issue occurs when using the geodesic buffer option on layers with projected coordinate systems, according to ArcGIS API for JavaScript. Only use geodesic buffer when the layer has either a WGS-84 or Web Mercator spatial reference. The documentation of the Near Me widget help is being updated to reflect this and close this issue.
