Error
The MXD to Web map tool fails to share the published map to a specified group when tested in ArcMap 10.6.1 and ArcMap 10.7.1.

This defect is not addressed. Please re-submit if the issue occurs with the same workflow in ArcGIS Pro.Solución alternativa
Use the usual workflow of sharing a map from ArcMap although it appends the layers in the web map to have the .mxd extension in the name. Therefore, the layers must be renamed every time a map is published. This tool provides a direct and efficient workflow.
