Solución alternativa

If the rasters in the mosaic dataset are deleted first and the new rasters are added, the Refresh Service process seems to update the Multidimensional Info correctly. However, the risk of removing the rasters first is if the add raster fails for whatever reason, it ends up with an empty imagery layer.
