The mobile view of ArcGIS Dashboards displays the sign-in window to ArcGIS Online if the view has not been completely updated or configured.

This issue is not currently reproducible in the current version of ArcGIS Online. If the issue is still occurring, please contact Esri Support Services for further assistance.

Solución alternativa

  1. Access the Edit view of the ArcGIS Dashboards.
  2. Update all items in the mobile column.
  3. Configure the layers for each Category selector.
  4. Save the dashboard.
  5. When accessing the dashboard URL, there will be no sign-in window displayed.
