The mobile map package (.mmpk) loses metadata, including tags, summary, description, and credits, associated with the vector tile package during the packaging process in ArcGIS Pro.

Solución alternativa

For the vector tile layer on the map that is used to create a mobile map package use the metadata option "Layer has its own metadata" instead of the default "show metadata from the source".
