cache generated based on a unit of supter tile (which is normally 4096 x 4096), so the AOI spcified should be bigger than supter tile

Solución alternativa

Define the Area of Interest parameter in the Export Tile Cache tool. Run the Export Tile Cache tool after creating the cache.
