In the provided document, the UTM coordinates have no units or symbols that would identify the numbers as UTM coordinates. With the provided text, the LocateXT extension returns a location if the "X Y Formats" option and its "X Y without unit text option" are checked on the Properties > Coordinates tab. This option is not enabled by default due to the high probability of false positives that can occur. Refer to the documentation that pertains to identifying coordinates at the following URL, particularly the information under the headings "X Y coordinates" and "UTM coordinates", where example coordinates are shown.
