Error
The Layer 3D To Feature Class tool fails and returns with the error message, "The coordinates or measures are out of bounds".

With ArcGIS Pro 2.9, the default Output ZDomain is from -100,000m to 900,719,825,474m. As the data is getting extruding below -100,000m for some of the test data provided, this leads to the error returned when running the Layer 3D To Feature Class tool.Solución alternativa
A suggested workaround is to shift that default window for the ZDomain environment variable so that the extruded features are within the range, for example, -300,000m to 900,719,625,474m. The ZDomain can be updated using the geoprocessing environment setting.
