workaround for Windows XP ONLY: Users hitting this were using the Windows Classic theme. Switch to the Windows XP theme:To change this setting and work around this defect, go to Start > Settings > Control Panel > Display > Appearance, and change the settings in the "Windows and buttons:" dropdown to Windows XP Style.
