Error
The images are not displayed in pop-ups when configured with a source URL which is a Uniform Naming Convention (UNC) path.

This issue is non-reproducible in version 2.9.6.Solución alternativa
In ArcGIS Pro 2.9.4, include the hyperlink as well as the source URL. To do this, copy the UNC path and add 'file:' to the start, and replace all of the backslashes (\) with forward slashes (/). This allows the image to open when clicked from within the pop-up.
