The images added to questions in survey forms are not scaled properly when viewed in the ArcGIS Survey123 field app on a mobile device.

Solución alternativa

If feasible, open the survey in the web app on the mobile device.

Use a non-negative integer for width and height, as these values are supported by the  ArcGIS Survey123 field app without needing px or %. Additionally, there’s no need to enclose the integer in quotation marks. For example, height=50 works the same in both the field app and the web app.
