Error
The Identify request in the ArcGIS REST APIs does not function as stated in the documentation. The 'visible' identify operation retrieves all mentioned layers' information including the invisible one that is not supposed to happen according to the documentation. Example: layers=visible:2(visible layer), 3( invisible layer), only layer 2 is supposed to be displayed. However, layer 3 also gets retrieved under the 'visible' identify operation. It seems that the 'visible' parameter retrieves all layers regardless of their visibility.
