Error
The help article titled, "Constructing polygons from the shapes of other features" needs to include steps for starting an edit session that targets a polygon layer or a workspace containing a polygon shapefile or feature class.

1. Open the desired MXD in ArcMap.2. In the Table of Contents, right-click the polygon layer where you wish to store the construct polygon output > Edit Features > Start Editing.3. Click and select the desired polyline feature to enable the Construct Polygons tool on the Topology toolbar.4. Click the Construct Polygons button.The Construct Polygons dialog box appears.
