Error
The "HB" symbol modifier code for Feint Dummy Installation is missing from the list of modifiers in the Military Symbol Editor Add-In in ArcGIS Pro.

This is an inconsistency in the standard where they accidentally assigned 2 attributes to the echelon "B" field. This was corrected in later (2525D) versions of the standard.Solución alternativa
Set the Indicator attribute to "Installation" and the Echelon attribute to "Squad" to get an "HB" value. Alternately, using SIDC codes outside the Military Symbol editor.
