This functionality was observed to work as expected in the new version of Open Data sites. We recommend that administrators upgrade their Open Data sites to the new version. Thanks.

Solución alternativa

Create Beta sites for the same Open Data group to be able to have GeoJSON URL over HTTPS when the service URL of the dataset is over HTTPS.
