This issue is addressed in ArcGIS Pro 3.6, 3.5.3, and 3.4.5.Solución alternativa
After the addresses are geocoded, review the results in the Rematch Addresses pane. Candidates from the locator with the selection criteria are displayed. Select the unmatched addresses by clicking Menu > Predefined Queries, then Unmatched Addresses. Then click the Auto Rematch button.
