The Geocentric Datum of Australia 2020 (GDA2020) data is offset incorrectly by 1.5 km in ArcGIS Enterprise Map Viewer when published to ArcGIS Enterprise using the GDA2020 and WGS84 3 (WKID 9690) datum transformation.

Solución alternativa

1. Change the map to WGS 84 when publishing in ArcGIS Pro to transform the data to WGS 84 rather than on the fly in Portal for ArcGIS.
2. Change the transformation to another supported transformation when publishing from ArcGIS Pro.
3. Use a basemap projected in the Geocentric Datum of Australia 2020 (GDA2020) to avoid the data projected on the fly.
