The GA Layer To Points tool processes substantially slower in ArcGIS Pro 1.3 and higher when compared to earlier versions.

The decreased performance in GA Layer to Points between ArcGIS Pro 1.2 and ArcGIS Pro 1.3 is due to the tool calculating four new statistics for Empirical Bayesian Kriging, EBK Regression Prediction, and traditional kriging (simple, ordinary, universal, etc) geostatistical layers. The new statistics at ArcGIS Pro 1.3 are: 1. Continuous Ranked Probability Score. Simulations must be performed to calculate this new diagnostic, so it is responsible for almost all of the increase in calculation time. 2. Inside 90 Percent Interval. 3.
