Error
The full name property of SAML Enterprise accounts is not set if the 'surname' attribute is sent in the SAML response from the Identity Provider (IDP).

Solución alternativa
Edit the user profile.
- Click the affected user profile.
- Edit the profile. Click Save.
- The user account now displays correctly.
Access the IDP and remove the 'surname' outgoing claim.
